Calling AAAS Student Members!
The AAAS Office of Government Relations is pleased to announce that the 2024 Catalyzing Advocacy in Science and Engineering (CASE) Workshop will be held in person in Washington, DC, on April 14-17, 2024.
This entry-level program is organized to educate STEMM students who are interested in learning about the role of science in policymaking, introduce them to the federal policymaking process, and empower them to become a voice for research throughout their careers. The workshop is designed for undergraduate and graduate students in STEMM fields with limited experience and knowledge of science policy and advocacy who want to learn more.
A list of the 2023 sponsoring institutions can be viewed here. The University of Utah is one of many Sponsoring institutions that cover all costs for their selected students to attend the workshop - more information on becoming a sponsoring institution is available here.
