  • NSPN: SCIENCE POLICY SCHOLARS-IN-RESIDENCE (App Due March 15th)

    Science Policy Skills Training & Experiential Learning
    The SciPol Scholars-in-Residence Program (SPSR) is designed to provide a combination of hands-on training and experiential learning for NSPN members in the world of science policy – from academia, to nonprofits, to publishing, to government.


    Scholars will emerge from the SciPol Scholars Program with a science policy portfolio, an expanded network of science policy professionals, and invaluable hands-on experience that is intended to help Scholars jump-start their careers.

  • Free Registration till March 15th: The USU Spring Runoff Conference

    This year's conference theme is Navigating Utah's Water Challenges Through Interdisciplinary Partnerships. This Conference highlights the nexus between policy, management, and research, combining the ways in which managers and researchers are responding to and answering key water management questions during a time of unprecedented challenges. Join us on Tuesday, March 26th, at the Cache County Fairgrounds and on March 27th at the Eccles Conference Center at Utah State University.

    Open to all Professionals and academics interested in water to participate, including elected officials, government agencies, nonprofits, consultants, students, and faculty.

    Registration is free and open to all. Registration closes on March 15, 2024.
