    Hi all Members of AAAS Community.

     My name is Ferdinand GUENDEHOU and I have a PhD in Environment management. West Education Service assessed my doctoral degree and issued me an equivalency which corresponds to the North American system. I have a Background in Natural Resources Management and Biodiversity.

    I am now researcher in Applied of Ecology Laboratory and Professor Assistant at University of Abomey-Calavi in Benin. I'm also Peer Reviewer at Web Research Sciences and at Book International with several certificates awarded . I have participated at several conferences.

    According to Professor Activities, A prompt, professional, and reliable substitute teacher, I have a long track record of being able to foster a positive 
    classroom environment in order to maximize the education and learning of students. I always follows the instructions left by a teacher, and have a demonstrated ability to work well in any fast paced environment. I possesse superb 
    communication skills and I'am someone who can build up rapport easily with students and work colleagues alike. 
    Pragmatic and results orientated, I have a proven ability to exceed the standards of performance set out in any school. I'm 
    currently looking for a suitable position with a reputable school that values passion, positivity, integrity and hard work 
    with 5 years experience. 
     

    About my research activities, I've worked on several fields. 

    • Ecological and Biogeochemical Impacts of plastic pollution in the marine environment : Case of the Biodiversity of this ecosystem in Benin ( West Africa) 
    • Assessing the Impact of Climate change on groundwater ressources in the Sudanien Zone of Benin ( West Africa) 
    • Promoting Inclusion in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) in Benin : A Call to Action for Educators and Researchers 
    • Unraveling the complexity of microbial communication : From Quorum Sensing to Biofilms and Biogeochemical cycling 
    • Contribution for Sustainable Land Management and Conservation in Ecosystems of Oueme Valley in Benin, West Africa

    Workshops:

    I've participated to several workshops. 

    I will attend to ASA Annual Meeting in November 2024 at USA for oral and poster presentation.

    I will attend to AGU Annual Meeting in December 2024 in Whastinton DC for poster presentation. 

    Future outlook:

    I would like to join a volunteer program in the United States for university teaching.
