John P. McGovern Award Lecture Nomination Cycle (DEADLINE -- AUGUST 15)

The John P. McGovern Award Lecture is presented by the American Association for the Advancement of Science to honor outstanding behavioral scientists from around the world. Dr. McGovern, for whom the award is named, was an internationally recognized physician, scientist, scholar, educator, and humanitarian. This award seeks to recognize the accomplishments of other scientists that emulate Dr. McGovern’s service and contributions to the behavioral sciences. If you know of someone whose outstanding work deserves to be recognized, consider nominating them today! The nomination period is now open for the 2021 awardee. The deadline for submissions is now August 15.
