As advocates for the advancement of knowledge and positive societal change, I wholeheartedly agree with the importance of research in influencing policy decisions and am eager to explore opportunities for involvement.
I appreciate the effort to facilitate meaningful engagement and look forward to exploring the local hill days and future science communication and policy engagement experiences outlined in the document.
 
I'm particularly interested in understanding if there are similar opportunities tailored for senior researchers and professors at the university level. It's essential to ensure that researchers across all career stages have avenues to contribute their expertise and insights to the policy-making process.
