Good morning from Brazil!

I am Mr. Arturo Blanco Montelier. I am a Cuban, but legally resident in Brazil. I am an Aeronautical Technician (Golden Degree), Mechanical Engineer (Golden Degree), Master in Advanced Mechanical Design, unfinished PhD in Physics and Mathematics from the University of Granada, Spain. I dropped out of university because I came to the conclusion that achieving my goals and objectives would only be possible if from that moment on, I acted as a self-taught and independent scientific researcher.

Over the last twenty years, on his own and with his own resources, he has developed a novel, unprecedented and atypical scientific investigation called "Hypothesis on the Evolution of Our Physical Universe" (HEOPU). This title suggests that HEOPU is a hypothesis; however, each of their result and theoretical prediction is supported by scientific evidences, replicable experimental observations and results achieved by the scientific community.

After two decades of intense scientific research in Theoretical Physics, this author defends that—directly from Our Great Creator and Our Mother Nature—he received a NOVEL AND EXCLUSIVE SCIENTIFIC VISION according to which: Solving the Today's Major Challenges of Physics is within the reach of the scientific community. But, in order to solve them, Physics and Mathematics must advance hand in hand. Both sciences are essential, but they must be used in a balanced way so that Mathematics does not obscure the physical meaning of natural phenomena. On the other hand, Physics and Mathematics (separately or together) are insufficient to solve these challenges; For this reason, we must also resort to other scientific disciplines.

As part of the HEOPU, he registered three books on January 31, 2008 in the Office of the Intellectual Property Registry of Andalusia in Spain; but he says he has not published them because these are not yet finished works:

Some of my statements may seem contradictory to many scientists:

1.     In order to “Solve the Current’s Major Challenges in Physics”, my HEOPU theory accepts the results achieved by Einstein's General Relativity; however, it does not renounce the physical essence of Newton's Theory of Gravity. In fact, HEOPU theory denies that space-time (the fundamental foundation of Einstein's General Relativity) is a natural ingredient of the universe and does not utilize it. However, this does not prevent HEOPU from making extensive use of Einstein's Special Relativity.

2.     I also consider Quantum Physics to be very compelling and essential. In fact, I use it in its entirety; but I insist that every minute of my life I remember and rely on the famous phrase of the genius Einstein: God does not play dice with the universe!

3.     My HEOPU accepts the positive side of Maxwell's Electromagnetic Theory and in fact uses it; but at the same time – to nullify the negative side of this wonderful theory - it has embraced the "Theory of the Electron" of the genius P.M. Dirac.

4.     My HEOPU has incorporated into the research of the Physical other sciences that, although not saturated with Mathematic, those are also wise. In order to describe his NOVEL SCIENTIFIC VISION, HEOPU has turned to Biology (prioritizing the “Cell Theory” of Matthias Jakob Schleiden and Theodor Schwann; as well as the “Genetics and the Laws of Biological Inheritance” of Gregor Johann Mendel). By means HEOPU I have managed to extrapolate these brilliant scientific theories with the no less brilliant idea of Cosmic Egg  / Primitive Atom (Cold Big Bang Hypothesis) of G. Lemaître.

My interpretation of Gregor J. Mendel's GENETICS – but extrapolated to PHYSICS - allowed me to reveal UNIVERSAL PHYSICAL GENETICS (UPG) based on Three Physical Genes from which, at the microworld level, Ordinary Matter, Dark Matter and Dark Energy are made.

HEOPU argues and defends that – at the macroworld - Ordinary Matter, Dark Matter and Dark Energy are the Three Most General Forms of Universal Physical Substance, which evolve permanently (even transmuting one into another). However, those do not do so with respect to the space-time but rather with respect to its Quantum Reference System (QRS).

HEOPU came to the conclusion that two "Elementary Physical Genes" are the only "Elementary Particles" with which the Universe is made of. It demonstrates physically and mathematically that physical genes are mutants.

In my book entitled “Faster than light towards quantized gravity”, copyrighted under Protocol No 012/PR/21 and published with (ISBN-13 ‏ : ‎ 979-8346668459) I report that, thanks to his interpretation of UNIVERSAL PHYSICAL GENETICS I have already theoretically resolved some of the Enormous Current Challenges of Physics. For instance, I maintain that, among others, I have already answered the following questions: Who is the Magnetic Monopole and what are its physical properties? I discovered that, this monopole – while confined state - propagates only at superluminal speeds () and behaving like matter; but while in free state it becomes a Positron, behaving like the smallest entity of antimatter.

In the same book, I published how I discovered and calculated “Quantum Entanglement Energy” thanks to which nature makes Ghostly Action at a Distance possible. That is the same action that so disturbed Albert Einstein.

In the book entitled “There is no space-time; only physical substance” and copyrighted under Protocol No. 086/PR/22 with consistent arguments I answer two questions: What is the electron made of? and What is the Universe made of?  I also deduce and published the "Unification Constant of electromagnetic interactions with gravitational interactions".

In the last two books mentioned above, I announced that I have already discovered the “Fifth Fundamental Interaction of the Universe”; but this one – being the mother of the four known Fundamental Interactions – should be classified as the first one.

I called this new interaction "Quantum Condensation" and said that, this interaction – in addition to creating the remaining fundamental interactions - its force is the only one that can mold the Universal Physical Substance both in the microworld and in the macroworld, as well as force certain cosmic bodies to move (with respect to others) at superluminal speeds () in the macroworld.

In order to “Solve the Greatest Current Challenges in Theoretical Physics” by means HEOPU, I describe a “Universe without spacetime” and composed entirely (and at every point) of a single natural ingredient called Universal Physical Substance (UPS).

Universal Physical Substance (UPS) is discrete, and its ultimate components—elementary particles—are only two types. Each Elementary Particle is a Mutant Physical Gene. Universal Physical Substance (UPS) although discrete and divisible, is continuous.

The continuity of Universal Physical Substance (UPS) is guaranteed by means the "Five Fundamental Interactions of the Nature". Quantum Condensation is the fifth; but it is the mother of the four known.

Based on replicable and irrefutable experimental results (achieved by the scientific community), physically and mathematically HEOPU describes Elementary Physical Substance ().

As part of the HEOPU, I designed a Quantum Reference System (QRS) that is three-dimensional and with respect to which the Universal Physical Substance (UPS) is in permanent evolution.

HEOPU's scope extends from microworld to macroworld. Each dimension of the Quantum Reference System (QRS) is a Universal State Parameter.

The three Universal State Parameters remain interrelated by a "Universal Law of States".

With respect to the Quantum Reference System (QRS) —and obeying this physical-mathematical law— Ordinary Matter, Dark Matter, and Dark Energy are, in fact, three aggregation states of the Universal Physical Substance (UPS).

The Evolution of Universal Physical Substance (UPS) is permanent. During its evolutionary process, Universal Physical Substance (UPS) transits from one to another its possible aggregation states: Ordinary Matter, Dark Matter and Dark Energy.

But that does not prevent Ordinary Matter itself — with respect to the Quantum Reference System (QRS) and obeying this physical-mathematical Universal Law of States — passing from one to another of its own aggregation states.

Other novel aspect of HEOPU is that Ordinary Matter, Dark Matter and Dark Energy are the three most general AGGREGATION STATES of Universal Physical Substance (UPS).

And what does HEOPU tell us about black holes?

Black holes are cosmic entities also made of Physical Substance, whose function is to recycle the Elemental Physical Genes to periodically restore them to the initial state these enjoyed at the Cold Big Bang. In this way, each black hole is a replication of the Primordial Atom.
