NSF INCLUDES Open Forum  

The NSF INCLUDES Open Forum is a collective space for expanding the reach of the NSF INCLUDES community and for sharing current and historical knowledge on broadening participation in STEM. The forum will attract individuals interested in diversity and inclusion within and beyond the current NSF INCLUDES community and support the dissemination of knowledge developed under the program, as well as historic knowledge developed throughout NSF’s Broadening Participation programs. 


NSF INCLUDES is one of NSF’s “Ten Big Ideas.” It is a comprehensive initiative to enhance U.S. leadership in science and engineering discovery and innovation by proactively seeking and effectively developing STEM talent from all sectors and groups in our society. The NSF INCLUDES Open Forum is supported by NSF Grant #1748345

This Building Block originated from discussions at the EarthCube End User workshop (2013) and through the EarthCube Oceanography and Geobiology Environmental 'Omics (ECOGEO) Research Coordination Network (2014-2016). Documentation from those programs can be found in the Library.
